COURSE NOTES

The learning process is focused on Welding & Fabrication Technology. Enhance students’ knowledge in terms of welding principles and their applications in accordance with international standards to create a competent and professional workforce in the field of Welding Technology to enter the skilled labor market.

Students are assessed regularly and sit for the examination to confirm the skills of the students in the Department of Skills Development (JPK) accreditation system

Welding Technology Course at KEDA College has been accredited by the Department of Skills Development (JPK)

Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) / Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM)

MC-024-4: 2012 WELDING TECHNOLOGY (Level 4)
MC-024-3: 202 SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING (SMAW) PROCESS (Level 3)
MC-026-3: 2012 ARC WELDING (GTAW) PROCESS GAS TASK (Level 3)

SIRIM Certificate – AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY (AWS)

6G Certified Welder (CW) Competency Certificate

MC-024-4: 2012 WELDING TECHNOLOGY (Stage 4) – 24 months
MC-024-3: 2014 SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING (SMAW) PROCESS (Level 3) – 18 months
MC-026-3: 2012 ARC WERDING (GTAW) PROCESS GAS TASK (Level 3) – 18 months
